Final event availability, rules, equipment requirements, cancellation conditions, age limits, team rules, and payment terms are controlled by the relevant arena or organizer. Always confirm final details with them before attending.
Acceptable use
You must not use the portal to publish false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing content. You must not attempt to access accounts, entities, queues, or administration functions that you are not authorized to use.
Automated scraping, excessive requests, attempts to bypass security controls, and interference with service availability are not allowed without prior written permission.
Third-party services and external links
The portal may contain links to arena websites, map services, registration pages, social networks, or other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own operators and may have separate terms and privacy policies.
LaserPortal.fun is not responsible for external websites, payment flows, booking systems, or information provided outside the portal.
Intellectual property and records
The portal software, design, database structure, and branding belong to their respective owners. Event data, arena data, logos, photos, and descriptions remain the responsibility of the submitting arena, organizer, or authorized manager.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and allow LaserPortal.fun to display it for the purpose of operating the portal.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the service available and accurate, but availability is not guaranteed. Records may be corrected, hidden, unpublished, or deleted when they are inactive, inaccurate, duplicate, unlawful, or unavailable.
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use of the portal after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Liability
The portal is provided as an information service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaserPortal.fun is not liable for cancelled events, inaccurate organizer information, loss of data, service interruptions, external booking problems, or damages caused by misuse of the portal.
