2 Do you sell tickets or handle bookings?
No. Event registration, bookings, payments, cancellations, and attendance changes are handled by the listed arena, organizer, or external registration page.
3 How do I find events near me?
Use the event calendar, list, or card view and filter by country, city, arena, organizer, date, event type, game mode, skill level, age, and status.
4 Can I filter by city or arena?
Yes. Public event filters include city and arena options. Active filters stay visible in the compact filter bar so you can adjust or reset them quickly.
5 How do event notifications work?
Signed-in users can save notification preferences for matching public events. Notifications use your selected criteria and can be adjusted from your account.
6 Can organizers add their own events?
Authorized arena and organizer managers can create and manage events in the administration area. Public text submissions may be stored for later review and do not publish automatically.
7 Why do some events link to external pages?
Many arenas already use their own registration or payment systems. LaserPortal.fun links to those official pages so final booking details stay with the organizer.
8 How do I manage my account?
After signing in, open your profile to manage account details, notification filters, saved preferences, and access to any authorized administration features.
9 How do I delete my account?
Account deletion requests can be sent to the portal contact address. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, audit, legal, or dispute-resolution reasons.
